QR Codes, in Costume: What's New for Halloween
By ERAGO · Published · 1 min read

ERAGO has dressed up for Halloween. Here's what you can use until November 1.
Six Spooky QR presets
The QR Studio now has six ready-made Halloween styles: Trick or Treat, Midnight Candy, Jack-o'-Lantern, Bat Wing, Ghost Light and Ember. Each keeps dark modules on a light background, so they still scan easily. Tap one to apply it, then adjust anything you like. All included on the Free plan.
QR codes, in costume
Give your code a witch hat, a pumpkin or a bat. The costume sits above the code, outside the scan area, and comes with your PNG or SVG download.
Halloween QR ideas
Our Halloween QR page at erago.site/halloween-qr-code collects practical ideas you can make in minutes:
- Costume tags: a "Scan my costume" tag that opens how you made it.
- Costume contests: one code per entry card that opens the voting form, then the winners page once voting closes.
- Trick-or-treat bags and porch signs: a small code that opens your candy list or a neighborhood map. Print porch codes at least 6 cm wide.
Because ERAGO QR codes are dynamic, you can point the same printed code somewhere new after Halloween.
A Spooky theme for bio pages
Pro users can switch their bio page at erago.site/@handle to the dark Spooky theme with pumpkin-orange accents. The theme is pickable until November 1, and if you already use it, it stays on your page until you change it. Pro can also hide the "Made with ERAGO" badge.
Pro is $5/mo (+ tax where applicable), and the BOO99 code makes the first month $0.99 until Oct 31.
