Refund Policy

ERAGO Pro is billed monthly through Creem by Karya Era Kreatif & Branding.

All purchases are final

Every payment is non-refundable. We do not refund first charges, unused time, upgrades, renewals, or accidental purchases.

No exceptions

Chargebacks, cooling-off requests, and unused Pro time are not refunded. Opening a ticket does not create a refund.

Cancel anytime

You can stop renewal in Settings. Access stays through the paid period, then the account returns to Free. Cancelling does not return money.
