Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ERAGO, a short-link and QR product operated by Karya Era Kreatif & Branding. By creating an account or using a public short link on erago.site, you agree to them.

The service

Free accounts may create up to the published link limit on erago.site, with custom slugs and QR downloads. Pro adds a custom domain, analytics, Open Graph cards, a bio page, and unlimited links after payment through Creem.

Accounts

You may sign in with Google, X, or email. You are responsible for the destination URLs you shorten and for keeping 2FA codes from Era Authentikasi private if you enable them.

Acceptable use

Do not use ERAGO for malware, phishing, illegal content, or to conceal harm. We may suspend links or accounts that abuse the redirect service or attack our infrastructure.

Billing

Pro is billed monthly by Creem. Features unlock when the payment webhook succeeds and remain until the subscription is cancelled or expires. Every purchase is final — no refunds. See the Refund Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep redirects fast and available, but the service is provided as-is. Public short links depend on DNS for erago.site and, on Pro, on the domain you point at us.
